These Terms govern your use of the Forja Digital website and your purchase of access to the Forja Digital Pocket immersion. You are contracting with Ricardo Schunke Anklan, trading as Forja Digital.
By using the website, submitting a registration, or continuing to access the service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Forja Digital Pocket is an in-person educational immersion focused on turning an idea into a working first version with Lovable and related product practices. Your purchase confirms one place in the selected cohort, subject to successful payment confirmation and availability.
Payments and Stripe disclosure
Payments are processed by Stripe, which may act as Merchant of Record on each transaction. Stripe handles payment processing, fraud protection, and dispute resolution. Customer support for products and inscriptions is provided by Forja Digital.
Payment, billing, and refund mechanics are handled by Stripe. See Stripe Consumer Terms.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website or service, including unlawful activity, fraud, spam, infringement of intellectual property rights, malware, probing, scraping, interfering with security, or attempting to disrupt the service.
Intellectual property
Ricardo Schunke Anklan and Forja Digital retain ownership of the website, brand, materials, documentation, curriculum, software, and related intellectual property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use provided materials for your personal or internal business learning purposes.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable experience, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available performance. Event details may be adjusted where reasonably necessary, including for operational, venue, safety, or force majeure reasons.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if there is a material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, loss-of-profit, loss-of-data, or goodwill damages. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
