Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, which may act as Merchant of Record on the transaction. To request a refund, visit contact us at contato@forjadigital.app and we will help route your request.

Stripe handles payment reversal and tax adjustments according to its policies. See Stripe Consumer Terms.

How to request a refund

  1. Email contato@forjadigital.app with your order details.
  2. Use the email address from your purchase.
  3. Open the Forja Digital order and submit the refund request within 30 days of the order date.
